 The CS1F three-way full-range loudspeaker / virtual array systems incorporate a 15” low-frequency transducer, I0” mid-frequency transducer, and 1.5” exit compression high-frequency driver. The Low-frequency driver is mounted in a waveguide cavity for optimum low-frequency directivity. The Mid-frequency driver is loaded into a midrange horn constructed of birch plywood reinforced with high-density polyurethane foam, and a phase/displacement plug. The High-frequency driver is mounted in the waveguide cavity and loaded on a constant directivity horn with a nominal coverage pattern of 35°Ch) x 35°(v). An acoustical filter is also installed in the Low-frequency waveguide cavity behind the High-frequency section to absorb refracted HF energy.

The CS1F enclosure is trapezoidal in shape, constructed of 18mm thick Baltic birch plywood, finished in black catalyzed polyurethane, perforated steel grille backed with open-cell foam to protect against dust, and employs extensive internal bracing. The connector portion consists of two Neutrik NL8 In / Out Connectors and the rigging portion hardware consists of six-position certified flying points (3 each top and bottom).
